Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, with a particular focus on AI solutions, and experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Facilitate effective communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Drive the adoption of AI technologies within the project management process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects; with 1 year focused on AI projects is a plus.

- Strong understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and their practical applications in business settings.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

- Enthusiasm for AI and a commitment to leveraging AI technologies in daily work.

- Familiarity with SaaS and 3D/VR solutions is a plus.
